1. How to Enter: To enter, perform the action required as specified in the applicable A Kneaded Therapy sweepstakes announcement. Unless otherwise stated, the limit is one entry per participating business, per person, per household, and per e-mail address. The Sweepstake shall run through the end date specified in the applicable announcement.

2. Winner Selection: Winner(s) will be selected as detailed in the applicable sweepstakes announcement. Unless otherwise specified in the applicable announcement, winner(s) will be chosen in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received. The drawing will be conducted by A Kneaded Therapy, whose decision will be final. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. The winner(s) will be notified by e-mail or through the online platform used to announce the contest (e.g. Facebook, Twitter, etc.). Prize(s) will be shipped to the winner(s) within two (2) weeks of notification of win. By entering you agree to receive communications from A Kneaded Therapy. 

3. Prizes: Winner(s) will receive the prize(s) specified in the sweepstakes announcement. ALL EXPENSES, TAXES, AND COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH ACCEPTANCE AND USE OF THE PRIZE NOT SET FORTH IN THESE RULES ARE THE SOLE OBLIGATION OF THE WINNER. 

4. Eligibility: Sweepstakes are open to the general public, ages 18 years and older. Winner must be a legal resident of the United States or its territories, Canada, Australia, the United Kingdom, or European Union (EU) unless otherwise stated in the applicable sweepstakes announcement. Employees of A Kneaded Therapy and its subsidiaries, affiliates and advertising and promotion agencies, and the family members and/or those living in the same household of any such employees are not eligible. 

5. General Conditions: This contest shall be controlled by the laws of the State of Iowa, and all applicable federal and state laws shall apply. The winners may be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release, and, where legal, a Publicity Release, within ten (10) days of first attempted notification. If winner fails to return such documentation in a timely manner, the prize will be forfeited, and an alternate winner will be selected. Return of any prize or prize notification or failure to acknowledge A Kneaded Therapy’s award notification within seventy-two (72) hours of such notification is made may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner. By entering, participants (a) agree to be bound by the official rules and the decisions of A Kneaded Therapy which are final and binding in all respects; (b) agree to release A Kneaded Therapy and its employees and agents from any and all liability, loss, damage, or injury resulting from participating in this promotion or awarding, receipt, possession use, and/or misuse of any prize awarded herein and acknowledge that A Kneaded Therapy and its employees/ contractors have neither made nor are in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation, or guarantee, express or implied , in facto or in law, relative to any prize including, but not limited to, its quality, mechanical condition, or fitness for a particular purpose; and (c) consent to use of his/her name, photograph and/or likeness for advertising and promotional purposes in connection with this promotion without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law. A Kneaded Therapy assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, any entry. A Kneaded Therapy is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any e-mail entry to be received by A Kneaded Therapy on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to entrant’s or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participation, or downloading of any materials, in this contest. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY A CONTESTANT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE CONTEST IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH ATTEMPT BE MADE, A KNEADED THERAPY RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH CONTESTANT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW AND TO RECOVER ALL COSTS INCURRED. A Kneaded Therapy reserves the right to cancel the contest if it becomes technically corrupted and award prize entries received up until corruption and cancellation. 

6.  By entering this Sweepstake you are allowing A Kneaded Therapy to publish your story with your names that is submitted.  A Kneaded Therapy will publish your story with real names or no prize will be given.
