I’m Amy Gimmy, a licensed massage therapist practicing since 2008 and the owner of A Kneaded Therapy in Rock Island, Illinois. My work combines therapeutic massage with a thoughtful, individualized approach designed around your goals, comfort, and the way your body feels that day.
Sessions may focus on chronic neck and shoulder tension, TMJ and jaw discomfort, headaches, mobility, muscular discomfort, nervous-system downshifting, or simply creating space to recover from the demands of everyday life. Rather than following the same routine for every client, I adapt each session to what you need.
A Kneaded Therapy is intentionally private, comfortable, and professional—a place where therapeutic work and relaxation can exist together.

Finding A Kneaded Therapy
A Kneaded Therapy is located at 2021 17th Street, Rock Island, Illinois 61201, in a private home-based treatment space. Please park in the driveway, accessed directly from 17th Street. The large illuminated house numbers make the property easy to identify, including for evening appointments. Once parked, walk around the house using the deck to reach the back door, which is the entrance for your appointment. Please arrive no more than 15 minutes before your scheduled massage..
