Professional Conduct

A Kneaded Therapy is committed to maintaining a safe, respectful, and professional environment for both clients and therapist.

Any inappropriate language, behavior, advances, or conduct will result in the immediate termination of the session, and full payment for the scheduled appointment will still be required. No exceptions.

Cancellation & No-Show Policy

Your appointment time is reserved specifically for you. Out of respect for both the practice and other clients seeking availability, a minimum of 24 hours notice is required for appointment changes or cancellations.

Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours notice, as well as missed appointments or no-call/no-shows, may be charged the full cost of the scheduled service. Gift certificates or package sessions associated with missed appointments may also be considered redeemed.

At A Kneaded Therapy, it is also understood that life occasionally becomes complicated. In an effort to move forward with mutual respect and maintain continuity of care, clients who have been charged for a missed appointment may receive a $20 courtesy adjustment applied toward future appointments until the balance of the missed session charge has been offset.

This policy is intended to support accountability while still allowing space for continued care, gentle repair, and a positive path forward without unnecessarily burning bridges over a single difficult moment.

Repeated missed appointments or ongoing patterns of late cancellations may require prepayment for future scheduling or may limit future booking availability.

Late Arrivals

Appointments are scheduled specifically for each client to allow adequate time for care, cleaning, and preparation between sessions.

Clients arriving late may receive a shortened session in order to accommodate the remainder of the day’s schedule. The full session fee will still apply.

Please plan accordingly and arrive on time to ensure the best possible experience.

Urgent & After-Hours Appointments

When availability allows, same-day appointments or appointments extending beyond normal business hours may be accommodated with a $50 urgency fee added to the scheduled service total.

Refunds, Transfers & Exchanges

All sales are final. Refunds are not available for services, gift certificates, package purchases, or completed appointments.

Package sessions expire according to the terms listed at the time of purchase and are non-refundable once activated.
